October 2021 marked an impressive milestone for one of the sport’s true gentlemen, Damon Hill, with 25 years passed since he won his Formula One World Championship for Williams.
Hill joined the team as test driver in 1991, but stepped-up to race – after a short stint with Brabham – from 1993, and picked up the British squad in the aftermath of Ayrton Senna’s death at the following year’s San Marino Grand Prix, F1’s blackest weekend.
